Extensive experience living and traveling abroad in Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Have effectively managed, scheduled, hired, and trained teams over 350+ and have created and implemented special events, shows and activities. An award-winning instructor and confident public speaker, able to establish rapport with audiences and convey information with clarity and enthusiasm. Efficient in fast-paced multitasking environments; able to prioritize effectively to accomplish objectives with creativity, enthusiasm, and humor.

When I worked with Eric as his Assistant Cruise Director a few years back, I knew he would excel when taking over my position. Even more so, it was clear that he would level up quickly to Cruise Director...and he has with great finesse. I have recently had the absolute pleasure to see Eric in action on a cruise I took (as a passenger, not crew) and was blown away by his finely honed skills, intelligent and instinctual approach to Cruise Directing.
